2 Lbs. lean steak or chicken breasts
Olive Gourmet Garlic EVOO
Olive Gourmet Persian Lime EVOO
1 large sweet onion, halved and sliced
Green, red and yellow bell peppers
3 or 4 tomatoes, diced
Olive Gourmet Chipotle EVOO
Rub the meat with Garlic EVOO, Persian Lime EVOO and Fajita Dust; grill to your liking. Don’t overcook—beef especially can get tough!
Heat about 1 Tbsp each Garlic and Persian Lime oil in a large skillet (depending on the size of your onion). Sauté the onions until the onions begin to soften. Add the peppers and cook until the peppers start to soften. Turn off the heat and add the tomatoes.
Slice the meat into strips. Place the strips on the tortillas. Add the vegetables and a drizzle of Chipotle EVOO. Fold the tortillas to complete the fajitas.
