1 pound pork sausage
¼ C. Olive Gourmet Herbs de Provence or Onion & Sage EVOO (divided)
¼ - ½ C. yellow onion, diced small
1 C. celery, diced small
4 oz. Cream cheese, softened
4 oz. Gorgonzola, crumbled
2 Tbsp Olive Gourmet Fig, Pomegranate or Tangerine Balsamic
1 C. golden raisins and/or dried cranberries
Stir together the cream cheese, gorgonzola and balsamic. Set aside.
Fry the pork sausage. Drain well and set aside. Sauté the onion and celery in 2 Tablespoons of olive oil until just tender. Add the sausage, balsamic and raisins/cranberries.
Spread crostini with cheese mixture. Top with sausage mixture. Serve warm.
