¾ C. Olive Gourmet Ripe Peach White Balsamic
3 C. Peach Nectar
1 small bag frozen peaches
6 C. sparkling water (substitute Prosecco or sparkling white wine for the alcoholic version)
½ C. frozen or fresh raspberries Fresh mint for garnish
Combine nectar, peach balsamic vinegar, sparkling water (or wine), and frozen peaches. Add raspberries and mint immediately before serving.
