Easy Berry Balsamic Cobbler

2 bags (12 oz. each) frozen mixed berries/peaches
1 box white cake mix (no pudding in the mix)
12 ounces clear soda – Sprite, 7-Up, Sierra Mist, etc.
2 – 3 Tbsp. Olive Gourmet Wild Blueberry Balsamic

  1. Put both bags of frozen berries in the bottom of a lightly greased 9x12 baking pan.
  2. Spread the dry cake mix over the top of the berries. Break up any large clumps.
  3. Pour the soda slowly over the top of the cake mix. Do not stir or mix, but make sure the soda covers all of the cake mix. Use a spoon and push any remaining dry clumps underneath the soda if necessary. This will give you a 'crust'. If you stir the two, you will have a cake-like topping.
  4. Drizzle Wild Blueberry Balsamic over the top.
  5. Allow to sit for 3 – 5 minutes.

Bake at 350° 45 – 50 minutes.

Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
