2 pounds of Brussels sprouts
3 Tbsp. Olive Gourmet Organic Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp. more for finishing)
1 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
2 Tbsp. Olive Gourmet Cinnamon Pear Balsamic
Heat oven to 375 degrees
Placed cleaned and trimmed Brussels sprouts in a baking dish
Coat Brussels sprouts with 3 Tbsp. Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sea salt
Place in oven and roast for 35-45 minutes until tender and outer layer is just crispy.
Place in a bowl add 1 Tbsp. Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 2 Tbsp. Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar. Toss and serve.
