1/4 cup Olive Gourmet Blood Orange EVOO
1 tsp Olive Gourmet Organic Butter EVOO (or butter extract)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
12 oz or 4 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
6 cups crispy rice cereal
Lightly coat 9×13 inch baking pan with Blood Orange EVOO. In a large pan, heat olive oil on medium heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat and add Vanilla, Butter EVOO or extract(s). Fold in cereal and stir to combine. Pour into prepared pan and press evenly throughout.
Cool and cut into bars.
