Smoked Chaabani Chili


Mild red Tunisian Chaabani peppers were kiln dried using olive wood and then ground and pressed with the olives resulting in a mildly spicy, slightly smoky flavored oil. This fused oil was produced in one very small batch–let us know if you think we should keep it in the lineup!

Use in: marinades, brush on any grilled meat, fish or shellfish, poultry, roasted vegetables over pasta, and in BBQ sauce
