Many of you asked for the recipes for the items we made–our Lemon-Cucumber-Lemongrass Mint Balsamic Shrub (our version of a Kentucky Derby Mint Julep), the Southwest Pasta Salad featuring Pastamore Hatch Green Chili fettuccini, and our version of flan, topped with a balsamic reduction or Stonewall Kitchen Bourbon Pecan Caramel Sauce.
