cinco celebration 2It was a wonderful day!  Thank you to our great customers for seven wonderful years, each one better than the last. Thanks to Chef Rick Morales for the great street tacos (we’ll get the recipes soon). And thanks to our great staff for making the day happen.

Many of you asked for the recipes for the items we made–our Lemon-Cucumber-Lemongrass Mint Balsamic Shrub (our version of a  Kentucky Derby Mint Julep), the Southwest Pasta Salad featuring Pastamore Hatch Green Chili fettuccini, and our version of flan, topped with a balsamic reduction or Stonewall Kitchen Bourbon Pecan Caramel Sauce. It was all delicious! Enjoy.
