Wild Mushroom & Sage Stuffing

4 tbsp Olive Gourmet Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil
2 Stalks celery, coarsely chopped (about 1 cup)
1 large yellow onion, coarsely chopped (about 1 cup)
2.5 cups chicken broth
1 package (14 ounces) Pepperidge Farms Herb Seasoned Stuffing
Salt & Pepper to taste

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Heat 3 tbsp of Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat. Add the celery and onion and cook for 5 minutes or until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the broth to the saucepan and heat to a boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Add the stuffing and mix lightly. Season to taste. Grease a 9x13x2″ baking dish with Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil. Spoon the stuffing mixture into the greased baking dish. Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until the stuffing mixture is hot.
