Southwest Pasta Salad

1 package Pastamore' linguini or fettuccini  – spicy – your choice
1/2 cup Olive Gourmet Chipotle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Olive Gourmet Ripe Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
1 garlic clove minced
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
1 tsp sea salt (or to taste)
cherry or grape tomatoes, halved or quartered
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 bunch (6-8) green onions, chopped
1 can red kidney beans, drained  and rinsed (or a combination of kidney and black beans)

Cook pasta according to directions on the package (don’t doubt cooking time!). Rinse thoroughly in cold water. Place pasta in medium-sized bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss well. Adjust the seasoning from mild to hot with the crushed red pepper.
