Olive Gourmet Garlic or Tuscan Herb EVOO
Olive Gourmet Fig Balsamic

Prosciutto

Slice baguette into 1/2 in. rounds. Brush with Olive Gourmet Garlic or Tuscan Herb EVOO. Toast in 350° oven for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Spread crostini rounds with mascarpone cheese.

Reduce fig balsamic by simmering on low heat, stirring frequently, until desired consistency—about 30-40 percent. Drizzle balsamic over cheese. Top with sliced prosciutto. Secure with toothpick, if desired.
