5 large Jonathan apples
2 Tbsp Olive Gourmet Cinnamon Pear Aged Balsamic
1 1/2 C brown sugar
1 1/2 C sugar
1 C butter
1 C instant oats
1 C flour
Peel and slice the apples. Pour Cinnamon Pear balsamic over the apples and stir. Spread apples out in a 9 x 13" baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, cream brown sugar, sugar, and butter. Add oats and flour and mix until crumbly. Spread evenly over the apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. Bake at 350 for 45 -50 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream and top with a Cinnamon Pear Balsamic reduction.
Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Reduction: Put 1 1/2 cups Cinnamon Pear Balsamic in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until reduced by 25%.
