4 chicken breasts
1 C. fresh peaches, mashed
1/2 C. Olive Gourmet Ripe Peach White Balsamic
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
1/2 C. Olive Gourmet Chipotle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Combine balsamic, mustard, honey, salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme. Whisk until well blended; add olive oil and mix. Stir in the mashed peaches.
Divide the marinade. Pour half over chicken breasts. Allow to marinate for at least 2 hours and grill.
Heat the remaining marinade and simmer. Pour over chicken before serving.
