2 lb. Pork Tenderloin
Olive Gourmet Organic Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Red Onions, sliced thin
Olive Gourmet Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil – mild or medium
Olive Gourmet Black Cherry Balsamic Vinegar
Preheat the oven to 350º.
Rub the tenderloin with Garlic EVOO and salt and pepper to taste. Roast in the oven for about 35 minutes or until done.
Meanwhile, sauté the onions in the EVOO until translucent. Add the Black Cherry Balsamic to cover the onions and heat until the onions have absorbed it.
Serve with a garnish of onions.
Garlic mashed potatoes make a great accompaniment or serve on small buns as pork sliders!
