1/4 Cup Olive Gourmet Cara Cara Orange Vanilla White Balsamic 1/4 Cup Olive Gourmet mild, fruity Extra Virgin Olive oil (Hojiblanca, Picual, or Koroneiki)
16 oz. Spring Mix or other mixed Greens
1 Sweet red apple, unpeeled, cored & medium diced
1 Orange or Mineola Tangerine
4 oz. French Roquefort cheese, crumbled (or any quality blue cheese-Stilton or Danish blue
1/2 Cup toasted pecans or walnuts
Toast the nuts on a cookie sheet in a 350⁰ oven, just until you can smell them. Peel the orange and remove the white pith around the orange. Cut the orange sections in half. Whisk the EVOO and balsamic together combine with the salad ingredients just before serving.
