1 pound of ripe, preferably heirloom tomatoes, sliced thin 2 Tbsp. Olive Gourmet Ultra Premium EVOO to your taste – mild, medium or robust 2 Tbsp. Olive Gourmet Basil EVOO 1/4 cupOlive Gourmet Neapolitan Herb Aged Balsamic 2 Tbsp. fresh basil, cut into small, thin strips
8 oz. fresh mozzarella, drained and sliced
Sea salt and cracked pepper to taste
Arranged sliced tomatoes on a plate. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Whisk balsamic and extra virgin olive oils together. Place a slice of mozzarella on each slice of tomato and sprinkle with basil. Drizzle with the vinaigrette and serve.
