Seed and Chop (finely chop) about 10 Roma Tomatoes.
Add 2 tablespoon of Olive Gourmet Tuscan Herb EVOO
Add 1 tablespoon Olive Gourmet 18-Year Traditional Balsamic
Add 1-2 minced garlic cloves
Add 1 tablespoon Basil leaves ribboned and chopped

Mix well, add salt and pepper to taste and chill for several hours.
