1 Cup sugar
⅓ Cup Olive Gourmet Cara Cara Orange Vanilla Balsamic
1 Cup sliced fresh strawberries
½ Cup fresh blueberries
½ Cup fresh blackberries
½ Cup fresh raspberries
Vanilla Ice Cream or Sweetened Mascarpone
Place fruit and sugar in a medium saucepan, and toss to coat. Cook on medium heat, stirring frequently for approximately 10 minutes. Stir in balsamic and continue cooking until sauce begins to thicken, approximately 10 more minutes.
Bake Orange Brownies. (Substitute Olive Gourmet Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil for the vegetable oil in a brownie mix. Use the Blood Orange EVOO to grease the pan.) Place a brownie in the bottom of a bowl.
Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or sweetened mascarpone (Mascarpone, powdered sugar and a dab of Cara Cara Orange Vanilla balsamic) and top with sauce.
