Cinnamon Pear

Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar is warm, sweet and spicy with hints of ripe d’anjou pear and cinnamon. It is a great match with many of our sweeter, fruity single varietal oils for a delicious marinade or salad dressing.

Use in: glazes for ham, drizzled over roasted vegetables and sweet potatoes, a marinade for poultry, especially duck, and reduced as a dessert topping

Pairs well with: Eureka Lemon, Blood Orange, Basil, Persian Lime, Roasted Sesame, mild/medium single varietals
